Having spent over a decade of his youth in the UK, Hiroki Negishi joined the Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) in 1992, starting in substations and moving to businesses development in 1999. He was seconded to AT TOKYO in August 2003, shortly after the opening of the 140,000 sq.m (1.5million sq.ft) Chuo Center in April the same year. He provides critical technical liaison between At Tokyo’s engineering team and its overseas customers and industry peers abroad.
