Hiring qualified talent has always been difficult. With COVID and the great resignation of 2021 it is not getting easier. With hundreds of standardized CMCO tests taken, Bryan Kainrath and Dennis Cronin will be presenting aggregated analytics of exams, and how well the industry’s talent understands the fundamentals of Mission Critical operations. The session will present graphics and stats on specific areas of expertise leading to recommendations as to where future education and training will have the greatest return.
