Justin Tinoco, Rosendin Electric As Vice President, Justin Tinoco leads and manages the Mission Critical efforts for Rosendin Electric – the largest privately-held specialty contractors in the country. Under Justin’s leadership, Rosendin’s Mission Critical revenues have grown to more than $600 Million in electrical, data center construction, with projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia. Justin teams with developers and enterprise users to establish technical programs, conduct site assessments, and deliver highly reliable electrical and mechanical systems. Throughout his 21 year career, Justin has been instrumental in evaluating project construction means and methods. He specializes in streamlining construction efficiencies and works closely with his pre-construction, QA/QC, commissioning and operations teams.
