Jerry Hoffman is the President of LiiON, LLC, a leading power surety firm introducing lithium technology to the data center reserve power markets.
Prior to joining LiiON, Jerry was a founding partner and President of NorthStar Battery Company, a leading VRLA battery manufacturer serving the global wireless telecommunication markets, the UPS markets and the truck transportation markets. With sales in over 130 countries, NorthStar was a leading supplier to the global OEM’s in the markets it served, and the company supported global operations by establishing operating subsidiaries in the Americas, in Europe and in China.
Prior to starting NorthStar, Jerry was a Global Sales Director in London with the Hawker Battery Group, a $1B+ industrial battery company serving the lead-acid industrial battery markets.
Jerry began his professional career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse. Throughout his career he has lived and worked in Germany, England, China, and India.
