Mr. Rick Sievertsen joined Siemens in 2014 as the Managing Director of Enterprise Accounts. His current responsibilities include supporting enterprise level clients by identifying their energy and sustainability related issues and developing enterprise level programs that integrate various Siemens solutions to create maximum value for the client.

Successes
Mr. Sievertsen has more than 30 years in the energy data, supply, demand, and sustainability fields. He has developed enterprise energy and sustainability management solutions for many Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Sievertsen has also supported clients in the commercial, industrial, K-12, higher education, and healthcare markets. He specializes in the ability to simultaneously address the price and consumption of energy, using energy consumption reduction to support attainment of sustainability goals. Mr. Sievertsen educates organizations on how to approach the management of energy and sustainability at the enterprise level and how to optimize the results of an enterprise program.

Background
Prior to joining Siemens, Mr. Sievertsen worked in various executive level positions for Tradition Energy, Fellon-McCord, Ecova, and Honeywell. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he received a Masters in Business Administration degree in 1987 and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1982.
