If it wasn’t apparent before, last year taught us that the demand for data consumption is increasing exponentially. And, despite the fact that several facilities adopted building automation systems, remote hands, and other technologies to operate unmanned sites — before, during, and after the pandemic — data centers will never function without the support of people. That’s why it’s so important for the companies of today to recruit the workforce of tomorrow. Diversity and inclusion is no longer just a goal for the mission critical industry; it’s a dire necessity.
