Juli Ierulli is an award-winning marketer with more than 20 years of marketing, sales and operations experience. She has held numerous global marketing and leadership positions focused on business transformation. She is known for driving growth, continuous improvement, maximizing operational excellence while exceeding financial goals. Since joining Caterpillar in 2005, she has held various global positions in Large Engines, Electric Power and eBusiness, and she is currently the Electric Power Global e-Commerce Growth Manager. She has been on the Board of Directors of 7×24 Exchange International since 2011 first as the Vendor Representative, then Marketing Director and currently is the Vice President. She has launched the Women in Mission Critical Operations Community and International Data Center Day in this time period and other critical initiatives.
