Tom Sandlin has over 22 years of extensive corporate service and development experience including both public and private work. Tom has managed and executed complex projects consisting of large corporate portfolios to individual leasing assignments including services such as strategic planning, consulting, development, acquisition, leasing, sales, restructuring, financing, and disposition. Tom’s leasing and sales experience totals 5 million square feet range with individual projects ranging in size up to 1 million square feet, and also has extensive development and finance experience totaling over 4 million square feet and 3,000 residential units.
