ASHRAE 90.4 – Energy Standard for Data Centers (session)
Dave is currently an Independent Consultant for VERTIV Co. He represents them as a voting member on two ASHRAE committees, SSPC 90.4 and TC9.9. He is also the Chairman of the AHRI Datacom Product Group. He retired from Emerson Network Power/Liebert in June 2015 where he spent 36 years in various Engineering, Sales and Marketing positions. His last position there was the Director of Application Engineering – Liebert Precision Cooling where he was responsible for managing the technical sales support group, providing direction for the development of sales tools and representing the company on various ASHRAE and AHRI groups/committees. He has published numerous articles on Data Center Cooling topics. Prior to Emerson/Liebert, Dave was a Product Engineer at CVI Corp, a manufacturer of cooling and filtration equipment for nuclear power plants. Dave has a BSME from The Ohio State University and is a Life Member of ASHRAE.
