Emerging Air Sampling Fire Detection in HVAC Design Models (session)
Steven Joseph career in fire protection focused on deployment of detection technologies, more notably air-sampling type systems. Throughout his career he has held various positions with duties and responsibilities that have taken him across a vast range of industry segments gaining him exposure of the fire risks and challenges associated with each. Steven currently serves on NFPA technical committees, which include 72 (SIG), 76, 318, 805, and is active in various industry associations & organizations including AFAA, FSSA, and SFPE. He serves as Director of Market Development for Xtralis | Honeywell, the leading manufacturer of VESDA air-sampling smoke detection systems.
