Thermal Optimization Through IoT – What Gets Better and Why (session)
John is the regional Director for 6 vXchnge Data Center facilities. The responsibility includes 7×24 Data Center infrastructure availability, monitoring and response, Site Security and fulfillment of customer requests.
Prior to joining vXchnge, John was Senior Operations Manager at Equinix where he was responsible for 5 Northeast Region IBX facilities. John contributes his extensive knowledge in Data Center management, mission critical infrastructure operations, customer service, people and process management.
John also held management positions at Switch and Data running the New York metro area. John’s experience includes managing Data Center Operations and Information Technology departments in the Insurance, Retail and Financial industry practice. John has participated on new Data Center construction build projects for vXchnge and Switch and Data. John has been responsible for Service Desk, Production Control, Computer and Network Operations, Storage and Capacity Management. John is a core team member on Disaster Recovery, Problem and Change Management teams.
