Data Center Real Estate Trends (session)
Jeff West joined CBRE in 2015 as Director of Data Center Research & Analysis for the firm’s Data Center Solutions Group. He is based in Portland, Oregon and reports directly to the Head of Americas Research and the Managing Director of Data Center Solutions. He brings more than fifteen years of U.S. and international economic and real estate market analysis, consulting and institutional investment research experience to his role and will also contribute to the firm’s broader research initiatives. His experience includes investor and occupier/leasing research pertaining to all four major capital markets quadrants, all core property types and all major U.S. markets. Mr. West holds a B.A. degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
