Diraj is the VP, Global Design & Construction at Equinix. He has oversight for delivery of all major expansion projects globally, spanning 30+ markets throughout the Americas, EMEA and AP. He also retains oversight globally for Power Procurement, Equinix’s Strategic Supplier Program and Environmental Sustainability.
Diraj commenced at Equinix 5 years ago as VP, NA Construction. Formerly he was a Director of Barclays Bank PLC where he spent 10 years in a variety of senior roles through NA/LATAM and AP.
He commenced his career at DSCO Group, an Asia Pacific based MEP Engineering consultancy and spent 5 years with them throughout the region.
He relishes the challenge of leading design and construction delivery and innovation on a large, intense global scale. He finds immense satisfaction both in developing high performing teams and individuals as well as in creating and deploying optimal standardized delivery processes.
