After graduating with a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida’s Rinker School of Construction, Tom began his career with Holder Construction. Over the last 15 years, Tom has been directly involved with putting more than $1.4B of work in place on a wide variety of projects including corporate and commercial office, higher education, hospitality, and mission critical. Tom’s data center resume is extensive and includes 46 projects all over the United States for clients such as American Express, AMD, Oracle, T5, Hewlett Packard, Raymond James, Nationwide, Wells Fargo, Time Warner Cable and Cox Enterprises. As an Operations Director, Tom has built his career managing projects and now leads multiple project teams, as well as company-wide initiatives within Holder Construction. He is actively involved in other industry organizations such as the 7×24 Exchange and the AGC, and also serves as the Treasurer of the Arizona 7×24 Chapter. Tom is a LEED Accredited Professional, BD+C and also is an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist.
