David C. Meadows, II
Applications Engineering Manager, Stultz-ATS
David C. Meadows II started with Stulz Air Technology Systems in 1999. He is currently the Applications Engineering Manager with Stulz-ATS, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification and dehumidification systems. He began his career at Stulz-ATS at their Frederick, Maryland location as the Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. In 2005, David began overseeing and managing the Applications Engineering Department. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and is also a graduate of the United States Navel Nuclear Power School. David is a corresponding member of ASHRAE’s technical committee 9.9 (Mission Critical Facilities, Data Centers, Technology Spaces and Electronic Equipment) and is one of the authors of ASHRAE standard 127-2012 (Method for testing for rating of computer room air conditioners and data processing room unitary air conditioners) as well as a contributor to the 2015 ASHRAE Handbook, HVAC Applications.
