Dan Dyer, PE, is a Principal of DLB Consulting Engineers and has more than 15-years’ experience designing and delivering mission critical facilities. Dan has contributed to the ASHRAE TC 9.9 Datacom Series Publications and co-authored, “High-Density Cooling of Data Centers and Telecom Facilities”. Notably, Dan managed the design and construction of the Google Data Center in Hamina, Finland which encompassed the conversion of a paper mill into a datacenter with innovative seawater based cooling system. Dan has integrated modular solutions (including power plants, cooling plants, and containerized IT) into datacenter designs for a number of clients.
